Of course I am kidding. I stayed off of the forum tonight as I just had a feeling we would do it. I cannot tell you how many times I have typed the words I believe when this forum gets negative. I even got nailed for asking the question, is this our year? Now that it is finally over I can say it was our year. It took a lot of cheering when things got tough, but these kids earned this. Nothing was handed to them. Congrats Gators!!! We are the champions!!
Actually Florida makes 3. Cal, nor UCLA nor Stanford has football championships. They are counting championships by unofficial sources. Like a Sagarin, NY Times Poll, etc.... Not AP nor UPI. Florida has 2 football, 2 basketball and a baseball in 12 seasons.
ONLY TEAM TO WIN ALL THREE IN THE LAST 50 YEARS and we did it within a ten year period. Every other school that says they have won all three have at least one of their titles prior to 1957! Yes, before we landed on the moon.
I bet Alabama has done it. Surely some grocery store in Montgomery or a taxidermist in Huntsville has named them champs in basketball and baseball at some point, right? They count any and all polls at 'Bama
