If they feel like they can't break into the starting line up... I can see that, but now that money is involved it's hard to gauge the real reason why Robinson is leaving. I hope he lands in a good place for him on a team that we do NOT play.
Best to do those types of negotiations behind closed doors. Once it goes this far, bridges start being burnt and future employers have a documented series of events to judge by. Im all for getting fair market value. The ones that are most valuable are ones that at least put team in the equation.
