Elon was working here illegally. Why haven't you called for Elon's removal?

And, in multiple threads, you have referred to legal residents as "illegal aliens." For example, you did this with multiple people who had their Visas pulled.

But before he was, he worked here without proper documentation, making him an "illegal," right?

if their visa’s were revoked does that not make them here illegally?

No, because you can't pull their Visa retroactively.

It seems to me he went thru the naturalization process and became a citizen-

So you want more illegal immigrants to become citizens? That is a good thing now?

Abrego Garcia came here illegally. But he came as a minor, which meant a hearing was required before deportation. And during said hearing, in 2019, he received a protection order from a judge that made him a LEGAL resident of Maryland. Since he was a LEGAL alien at the time, do you agree or disagree with the Trump admin's deportation without due process?

if what I read is correct he was ruled deportable just not to El Salvador because he convinced the judge that if he was sent back he would be killed by a “rival” gang- now all the gangs are gone - does not bother me at all that he was sent back or that he is in prison.

I'll save you the trouble ... based on the links you typically post, what you read was not correct at all. How can you be deportable to a place you arent from?

You read wrong. He had an order of protection that meant he was not deportable without further due process. I linked the Supreme Court ruling ordering him back to the US which includes language that AG had the right to defend himself against any accusations that he was denied.

Yes he is but let's not forget that he was technically an illegal alien at one time. He came to the US on a student visa to attend Stanford. Although the visa was no longer valid after he dropped out of college and he remained in the US without having his status changed. The same for Melania Knauss who originally entered the US on a tourist visa and stayed to work as a model without having her status changed.

Or at a minimum @g8orbill believes that his Dear Leader is above the Constitution and that he has the right to openly defy the Supreme Court.

Even Trump admitted that they've done nothing to facilitate a return. Looks like some of the MAGA boys on here were lying

Asked if he had requested Bukele to turn Abrego Garcia over, Trump said he hadn’t. “I haven’t been asked to ask him by my attorneys,” he says. “Nobody asked me to ask him that question, except you.”

In a recent David Brooks column I read, he stated that "Our Constitution isn't worth anything if we don't defend it."

And here we are watching Donald Trump repeatedly wipe his ass with it. And the resident MAGAs cheer, because it's being done to people they don't like.

What comes next, the next Republican will do even worse? The next Democrat president will do as Trump is doing and take a "revenge tour"? (perhaps also assisted by a greedy billionaire who has bought influence with 100s of millions of dollars)

Trump has brought about the end of our nation as we hoped to know it. Who ever would have suspected that a lawless criminal would do such? At least we all got to watch.

I have no problem with people who go thru the process to become a citizen- I have no problem with the student visa's unless those here on the Visa manage to disappear the screw the system or if those on a student visa violate the rules of which they came here on- like the antisemitic crap that many colleges allowed
