Do we need another Safety? I guess coaches will decide. After what he reporting said about the scUM staff, he needs to find a home. No going back on those comments, although I would bet he's not the only player feeling that.

FSU fired lot of the coaches that recruited these kids. Kids either don’t like new coaches, or they did not make 2 deep with chart, or NIL cut in year 2/want bigger payday in year 2.
FSU is chasing Arkansas for the lead for outgoing portals with only half the inbound, some inbound being legacies and coming with hired assistant coach. Speaks more of these players were sold on winning big, not 2 wins per season in a garbage conference.
Decent trade? I really liked Smith's size and length plus he had experience in our program. Love how Patterson outed miami's staff, at least from his POV.
He may just be one of those guys that runs his mouth publicly. Weve had a few of those, Princley and Copeland come to mind.
I think smith has better upside, but maybe more raw. Odds are Stubbs and Hayward are our future safety’s anyway
