    Nirundorn with a poor outing goes down...2-0 usc
    Uf actually winning most second sets.
    Odd no Edengren today....went with Nirundorn and Weintraub, may cost them

    Jefferson with a nice win for a uf point

    Weintraub loses a tough match. Played ok, but I'm baffled why Edengren and Villard sat. May cost the match

    Ganesan forces a third
    Jin in a tiebreak
    Johnson forces a third
    Uf with plenty of momentum, wish it wasn't down 1-3

    Jin wins tiebreak and forces a 3rd set

    Johnson down 4-5
    Have definitely battled, looks like it will be a little short

    I have no doubt there was a reason/logic for sitting Edengren, and even Villard......but it sure feels like that was the difference in hindsight.

    I see a commitment for the women's team for next year - Laura Cilekova from the Czech Republic.

    Not much to judge her on....hard to evaluate based on her stats. Hopefully this staff has a good feel for euro talent

    Edengren has an ankle injury. He tried doubles on Friday but was unable to play singles.

    Thanks...couldn't imagine he wasn't a better option. Bad break, good chance he might have been the difference.
    Interesting to see where they get sent for regionals.....hopefully they are a high 2 seed that has a chance vs the 1 seed
