Agree, they scored 0 on arguably our two worst pitchers. We can handle it.

I have to tip my hat to Liv and Kara.
They both came in and pitched lights out.
This may have finally been the coming-out party for Liv. She proved she can be trusted.
Maybe CTW will trust her more. She deserves it.
If Kara keeps pitching like she did tonight, look out.
I am bummed for Keagan. She is working hard, and no one wants it more
    I pray for her healing.

In person she looked, for lack of a better term, cooked. Little pop on her pitches, appeared to be significantly less movement on them, and her control was night-and-day different from last year.

She didn't look like someone working back into form as much as a player who is either still very limited by an injury, or has totally lost confidence. Body language a bit iffy, which compared to her sterling composure looks huge.

I think the coaching staff needs to have a quicker hook when she's struggling. When the Bama lineup turned over in the first they should have pulled her. Instead, 3-run double and the game is over.

Can't rely on her like last year at the moment, gotta take a more pitcher by committee approach for now at least.

Agree, Livvy and Kara were both terrific. Would have liked to see some more run support for them; they were pitching their asses off! Miller is a very good fielder of her position as well.

Thanks scrappygator...love that you pointed out the positives here..Liv and Kara shut them down..no runs after the 1st..limited the hits as well
Also Brown had a double ...
Hopefully we start off strong tomorrow night...both pitching and hitting
    Red or Brown starting tomorrow?

It’s seemed like that a few times, imo. Then she goes back into witness protection.

You know I always root for Ava, but I'd be happy to see Liv get the start too. I think she deserves it, but that's just me and I know nothing :)

But that is not because of her performance, but a lack of coaches' confidence, which I do not understand.
I know Darryl Royal said, 'Dance with who brung you. ' But sometimes you have to change horses in mid-stream.
I think that time has come.

Hey, I'll tell you what. You can get a good look at a butcher's ass by sticking your head up there. But, wouldn't you rather take his word for it?... No, what I mean is, you can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a butcher's ass... No, wait. It's gotta be your bull.

Mia was not there. If she was there the ball would've been caught. I'm one of the least critical people about Mia but she was late twice. Like she hesitated. I'm not saying the ball was a perfect throw but it was catchable

We can agree to disagree ..ball was thrown so far off bag we sat on berm and everyone on that side said same thing. I wonder who will pitch today?
