This thread has devolved into Trump supporters arguing in favor of criminality, against a number of people opposed to criminality. Is there really anything else to say? At this point For the last 8 years, support for either Trump or the Republican party has simply been support for criminality.
All anyone is asking for is that the government have to at least minimally prove that someone is actually a gang member before deporting them.
I'm asking that we not deport anyone, gang member or not, to a blackhole torture facility in a foreign country run by some jerk who has a name that makes me think of a sex act
The gop wants to skip the due process part and proceed directly to disposition, whether it be this or previously going straight for an acquittal on all charges vs Trump without due process ocurring. Due process applies to everyone in the USA, not just a select few. ( or at least that is how it used to be).

I am sure Trump could try and push the El Salvadorian Prez to send him back, but I do not see that happening the guy you voted for in 2020 sure as hell would have wussed out

Hypothetically, if I accuse you, anonymously, of being a gang member, is that enough for you to be arrested, sent to El Salvador, never to be returned? What's the difference between this and what happened to Abrego Garcia? Why can the US Government bypass due process for anyone with LEGAL status in the US, citizen or not? And why should The US President, who is paying El Salvador millions to handle these prisoners, bow down to El Salvador and not demand to fix the mistake and get Abrego Garcia back? And if he doesn't return, then all payments stop. Why can't Trump do this? Or, do you just think because Abrego Garcia has brown skin, and has one, unsubstantiated, anonymous accusation that he's a gang member, that's as good as a conviction for you?
2 different courts found him to be a gang member- he should have been sent back but for whatever reason he was allowed to stay let me ask you a hypothetical- If 20 years ago this guy killed someone but since then had been a model citizen, should we over look his transgression?
Uh, no they didnt? Firstly, that's because its not something courts rule on lol. As far as I've read, the only person that has ever said he was a gang member was a sketchy cop's CI, which used the fact that he wore Chicago Bulls apparel as the primary evidence of his gang 'affiliation.' The US government didnt even say he was a gang member in court, they've said he was deported in error.
The fact is the guy is either dead and they dont want to admit it, or he is alive and dont want him coming back here to tell his story. Better for all the thugs involved he disappears for good, so no one can say or prove anything.

This really is the unfathomable part, even if his "crime" was somehow illegally being in the US, how is justice spending the rest of your life in a prison which you can never get out justice? Its monstrous!
Can you point out the court in which he is accused of a violent crime? As a reminder, the sum evidence of MS-13 membership here is that a CI said he was in an MS-13 clique from Long Island, NY, a state in which he never resided, and because he wore a Chicago Bulls hat and jacket.
