We're not supposed to insult, on a message board ..... the wife of the guy who in public called Rosie O'Donnell a fat pig, called Ted Cruz' wife ugly, and said Carly Fiorina had the face of a horse.

I think it's because MAGA voters have great integrity and family values, and really really dislike insults. Something like that.
