So my post on this topic was deleted, with “let’s lay off calling Mrs. Trump names and don’t drop fbombs.” Just to clear things up, the f word was a quote from Melania about not caring about Christmas, not me using it in a different context. I will refrain using it but it was a quote. As for questioning her morals I find it hilarious that posters (including Mods) here can call Dems every name in the book but nude model Melania is considered above reproach.
That was me. And, trust me, I'm generally not considered a conservative here. I know that it's been reported that Melania was on tape saying that. It's gross and it's classless. But the board has a policy against using any forms of the fbomb, so I axed it. As far as name-calling, I don't think I said don't call her names. I said let's don't call her a whore. That's just my call. I just have a problem calling a woman that because you don't like what she stands for. I deleted similar comments about Harris. Lots of them, actually. That doesn't mean you have to treat her with great respect.I just think there's a middle ground somewhere between 'whore' and 'above reproach.'
