Rumors popping up USC and Oregon are not interested.

Landing spots being mentioned are UCLA, North Carolina and Wisconsin.

Kinda hard to call Sanders a transfer when he is tied to his dad and his dad changed jobs.

It's not hard to call him a transfer when he transferred from one school to another.

Lol if this is the logic you have to use to convince yourself that he isn’t a transfer, then ok

Different circumstances than transferring to title contenders.

I was against it from the beginning, I knew it would turn into a SH**SHOW and that was before I realized what the transfer-potty would become!

How many of those players were QB1 and tried to hold their old school hostage for $$$$$ and then skipped practice, skipped team functions and then quit on their old team and announced their intent to transfer the day before their old school's Spring Game? Not even apples and oranges . . . just grasping at straws to cover for this spoiled brat.

A simple (factual) tweet should not have you this irritated.

I'm not irritated. You just don't get out of THFSG often so I wanted to explain the fundamentally misleading nature of the Tweet you posted in support of a UcheaT player.

Nothing is misleading about that tweet though, all those players were indeed transfer players.

Be careful there. Studies have shown that most adults lose one point of IQ per minute spent on UcheaT forums. Obesity and dental problems also showed some disturbing correlation but not enough evidence was established to determine causation.

The question is, with high profile NIL players, is Nico an aberration? Or will this be a growing trend?
I have my own opinion which is expressed below.

I'm no UT fan but it seems to me that demanding a jump from 2.4 Mil to 4.0 mil shortly before the spring game
is in rather poor taste. Of course I don't know the details and this may have been ongoing, and from little tidbits
I have heard, it has been ongoing between Nico's camp and UT.

I would think for discretion's sake (business acumen), Nico's camp would have "called it" much earlier if their intent was
to remain rigid about the raise.

Interestingly Sports talk J (TN Podder) indicated Nico's deal over the course of 4 years would have been worth 10 Million had he
stayed for the duration. J also pointed out he can't go to an SEC school now due to Spring Transfer rules.

So it looks like a West Coast University, and probably when you factor tax's, cost of living, and the ugliness of the situation, it is quite probable
Nico's camp will be lucky to net (equal $$) considering what TN was willing to pay him, and in probability may (lose) money,
    possibly a lot of money.

Every day, it certainly seems to me, the game is becoming more and more "NFL" ish. It's inevitable (to me) that Universities will
ultimately employ the players, a players union will be developed, collective bargaining will be a reality, and so forth. I wonder if the
SEC or the Big Ten will get to anoint one of their own for the coming "NFL-Light" commissioner position?

I really don't see how it can be any other way.

I know some folk's still consider "gentleman's agreements", "education", "loyalty", "university relationships", parent "legacy's"
and so forth as being primary drivers, but I do not. All that has been burned down, at least in terms of 4 and 5 star players.

Nico is just the latest example that College Football has became another entertainment business enterprise, where the all mighty dollar
    rules the roost.
