(SB) OGT: UF vs Arkansas April 6, 2025 2 pm SEC + Game 3

I'm more than a little concerned with our pitching staff overall.

 

We just don't have anyone that can consistently K batters.

 

Wheels coming off.

 

Game over. This team is just okay. Odds are we will be on the road for any possible Super Regional if the pitching and lack of of consistent hitting continues.

 

Without Rothrock being our true ace like she was before her "issue", our pitching staff is very average. And with the offense struggling like it has been and the defense not as sharp as we're used to, we are just an average team.

 

None of our pitchers are strije out pitchers. Last year it seemed like we pitched for contact and played defense but this defense doesn't hold up to that. Until Keagan gets right, this team is going to struggle. There won't be any host regionals in our future at this rate. Need to hope they get it it right and steal games on the road in the playoffs l8ke baseball last year. Just not consistent at pretty much anything right now. Even the more experienced players can't even give our pitching early runs support, just seems like they are always grinding.

 

Probably will host a regional but be on the road for supers. Arkansas looked better in every facet of the game tbh, by A LOT. Concerning we could not get anything going against the worst pitchers on the staff for Arkansas.
