With Brady you can call a slant on 4th and plenty vs LSU late 4th quarter, but not with AR. But it does not prove your point, it tends to make mine.
No, I just can't imagine you having the ability to upset someone on a message board. Especially with your tired CBN hate.
mark long (consider the source) reported today/yesterday that DJ needs shoulder surgery. Didn’t say it needed it now…if will need sometime down the road…but it is what he is reporting. Just fyi
Yeah, Long is a joke. I like Cam Parker, he talked about Long's comments. It's dubious stuff. We'll see how it plays out.
Our soon to be sophomore QB isn’t throwing the ball in spring camp and we’re attacking the reporter who is questioning why? Are you serious?
When it comes to Gator Football, especially concerning the QB position, anything goes even the wildest rumors
No. First- every reporter, podcaster, Youtuber and Gator fan is questioning why. This "reporter" is often full of BS and making comments based on "anonymous sources"
I think most Gators fans know Mark Long lol Mark is a bit over the top but to pretend he’s never been right is disingenuous. We should just let it play out and stop blaming reports for doing there job.
Twenty years ago he may have been a name. Now, he's a legacy media hack that doesn't get too much attention other than when he's shouting BS. Who said he's "never right"? That's a witless paper tiger comment. A typical disingenuous spin Long would spew.
For DJ NOT to be throwing the entire spring practice raises a red flag period. It's been 3 months since last game and he's not throwing?
After listening to some Gator stuff and talking to Gator friends the general group think is that he some type of shoulder injury that needs rest. At first it seemed like UF was being cautious with a camp arm thing. He had it last year in fall camp and for the UM game. Now it seems like it's more than that. Think of baseball pitchers that miss miss 30-90 days for stuff like rotatur or labrum tendinitious. Or even a lat strain, something like that. We'll see.
Is there any poster you can reply to without being such a pompous jerk? I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering you appear to be so thin-skinned that it tears you up when anyone disagrees with your opinion.
A broken clock. If he's right, he's a great reporter. If he's wrong, he's just Mark Long. This is a no lose situation for him. Even if he does need surgery, the staff probably thinks he can make it through the season before needing it (if the non throwing spring) doesn't help. I think they should have done any surgery needed before the bowl game.
I wonder if the choice to avoid surgery was DJ's hoping to avoid shoulder surgery knowing it might be a red flag for being picked high in the draft when he leaves. Perhaps the staff went along with his decision and have chosen to hold off any surgery unless it becomes obvious it's needed. It seems to me that we have some young talented wr's and timing with them is crucial towards being productive in the fall. There will be all kinds of speculation when your starter doesn't throw, has only been a starter for half a year and not much is being reported other than "we're being cautious."
