Then, when a Democrat said: so how about we put out the whole thing, the response was that while they had not classified it, it is possible that somebody else did.

Also, Gabbard couldn't confirm that she was part of the text chain, but she was overseas when she was engaged in the chat, and can't say what phone she used due to the investigation.
