LOL. Officiating was fine today. Refs always miss some calls, its a hard job, but as long as they roughly even out then deal with it. That's what today was, called pretty evenly on both sides.

That's just being a sore loser.

Yes sir, completely agree with you… Sometimes teams need these games and that was a heavyweight contender we just beat.

 

I was literally sitting in my house with a room full of people and my daughter says "why do I feel such an urge to punch that guy?"

 

he sure does and his development has been awesome to watch.

 

Officiating LITERALLY kept UConn in the game at the end.
A couple no calls on the traps, combined with some ridiculous calls on the other end, and on one their layups their might have even been a no-call travel.
Literally ANY of those trash calls/no-calls dont happen and this game isnt even close enough to jack up a 3 at the end and hope for a quick steal.

 

Makes me glad we beat them in a heart wrenching way. Makes it sting more for him.

 

At our house we have a victory margarita tradition. Early afternoon is too early so we will wait a few hours. It will be especially delish.

Very happy to get this win (obviously). I used to work with a UConn alum who was a total jerk much like Hurley. Fittingly he was also a Jets fan.

 

Just screams victim mentality. I know fans are gonna do that stuff but when a coach does it….and even worse expresses it to another team….total crybaby

Well we have won 2 of the 3 that actually mattered. We have ended their season twice as many times now as they have ours…

 

Um, it is 4-ish in the afternoon and you don't drink a victory drink?

It also tells the world he has a tiny johnson. But I guess he is a male Hurley, so the world already knew that…

 

On one lay-up attempt a UConn player touched the rim with the ball in the cylinder. The ball rimmed out and the Gator (Clayton IIRC) was given two free throws because there was a shooting foul called on the shot. The refs reviewed the play.

Now the UConn player barely grazed the rim but he clearly touched it with the ball in the cylinder. Isn't that basket interference?

 

Half of our household left right after the game and won't be back until later. 2:30 is a bit early.

We will make up for it later.
