It's difficult to parse through these terribly written articles with circular quoting from other right wing sources, but basically they were trying to determine what misinformation was out there about COVID so they could try to counteract any lies? Those diabolical bastards! How dare they try to provide factual information to the public in the middle of a pandemic!

 

I'll bet real money that much of that money ended up back here in American hands doing the will of the Democrats. You know what they were up to... fundamental changes.
