Geez man ... first you were wrong when you said death rates by age and vac status was "sadly never provided" ... when it was ... 80+ 65-80: Then you were wrong by saying it would show the rates of death were the same ... which they clearly are not... But even and after MD proved you wrong, you are still sticking with your BS. The death rate of senior citizens who refused to vaccinate was so high, about 10x higher it would appear, that I wouldn't be surprised if the antivaxxer death numbers finally started to trail off because so many of them died. Thanks for taking one for the antivaxer team, grandma and grandpa, you really proved @QGator2414 correct ... LOL...
You and I disagree about how right the critics were about COVID, but even if I agreed with you there, it doesn’t mean that the experts should always be ignored. And I really do not agree about using common sense to solve highly technical scientific problems. If our method to determine the origin of a novel strain pathogen is just to ask for the gut intuitions of random people off the street, we need to scrap the whole enterprise and start again. Not to mention that the sense of which you speak isn’t in any way common to us all, as this thread demonstrates. Rather than common sense, what you actually mean is your sense.
This is just a daily reminder that many lives have been saved thanks to the scientific breakthroughs of vaccines
If vaccines have killed one person they’ve outkilled the unproven pathogens they were produced to protect against.
Sure common sense is not the only thing that should be used. And it is/was not common sense to push a one size fits all approach to introducing a new drug the way a few did. It is the antithesis of science and medicine and we are reaping the damage now. And it is far more than common sense the leads to the likelihood this came from a lab in Wuhan… We likely agree more than disagree. Especially now.
Humans put genetic markers into viruses we work with so they can be tracked. How can the virus be a lab leak without said markers? The only two answers are the virus is natural, or the Chinese are decades ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to virology. As for the vaccine, all data, from around the world show less hospitalization rates and lower mortality rates among the vaccinated. Your assertion that rates are the same is false. If you have any data that proves different, please post it.
Provide some data on how kids were harmed by the covid shot? My kids took it, and they are awesome. Best kids ever, really, so that proves you are wrong ..
Considering it is hard to find studies to show the stupidity. This helps at least bring some form of yeah…we should actually run studies instead of say every single person needs to take a shot for a disease that is dangerous to a small group. My kids got nowhere near the shot. And if you want…there is a much higher likelihood your kids have scarring over mine. Time will tell…
Stupid excuse as expected. Finding scientific studies on pediatric COVID vaccination isn't difficult. Your issue is the results. Like this study, looking at 1.8 million vaccinated children in the UK. From the conclusion: The risks of these serious health outcomes following COVID-19 infection in children and young people clearly outweigh the risks following COVID-19 vaccination (as shown in Fig. 1). When further considering the risk of serious illness caused by COVID-19 itself, and the proven effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines in protecting against these serious outcomes in children, our study provides robust evidence that COVID-19 vaccination (with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine) is safe for use in children and young people. How about you butt out on his other parents raise their children? You have no business telling others what to do, especially for those of us who actually understand science and scientific studies. Now, if you have actual, scientific study results that prove something different, please post it.
And if one study isn't enough, how about this Meta study that looked at the results of several studies resulting in 10.9 million vaccinated kids and over 2.6 million unvaccinated. In this systematic review and meta-analysis including 17 studies with 10 935 541 vaccinated and 2 635 251 unvaccinated children aged 5 to 11 years, COVID-19 vaccination was associated with lower risks of SARS-CoV-2 infection, symptomatic COVID-19, hospitalization, and multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children. While vaccination, compared with placebo, was associated with higher incidences of adverse events, the overall frequency of severe adverse events, including myocarditis, was low. The information is out there. And it's not difficult to find. It also almost all supports pediatric COVID vaccination. Anyone claiming otherwise is either lying of misinformed.
I love how this is the second time he’s claimed he there is “no data” just to have someone post the data and prove that was ly…. Errr… I mean …. Wrong….
Prasad is not a “YouTube video” You do you. Your kids absolutely have a greater chance of heart scarring over a kid who did not take the shot. That is just reality.
It’s like a 1 in 10000 chance of minor complications compared to the millions of people that were likely saved from death and severe cases with hospital stays by the vaccine….
