Baseball vs ga, Sat 3/22/25, Noon

Folks, I don’t mean to repeat myself but when your sinker baller is leaving everything belt high it’s generally not the preferred outcome.

 

The pitch calling in advantage counts is mind boggling.

 

The red team seems to like it.

 

Donay and Jones not in line up. Thats 6 named with 2 not in the line up, so only 4. They have 8 in the line up or double our number.

 

no, but he’s been close. He’s pretty good. He would definitely be our number two starter.

 

Agree, but at some point, we have to swing the bats. Ga has been average at best pitching this year and we are making them look better than they are.

I’m thinking there’s a pretty big gap between pitch calling and pitch execution.

 

Anyone else notice this pitcher touches his neck with thumb and index finger after every pitch? Roght across his Adams Apple. Maybe just OCD but odd.

Jones is injured, he would absolutely be the starter. I guess Donay didn't get the memo he isnt in the lineup. Regardless, the point is all those guys are getting plenty of playing/starting time.....that's pretty obvious. But of UF's 9 starters today only Heyman and Yost were recruited, so the everyday lineup was built similar to UGA

 

Yeah, I saw that and they wonder if I Sully will say something about that.

 

happens too often for me to buy that. It seems to be the philosophy of the pitch caller.

 

Just need a quality at bat here bat on ball will get us a run or two.

 

Even if the number of transfers is similar I think there’s one key difference: all of Georgia’s starting transfers are seniors or grad students. Our only senior transfer is Boser.
