I think that sums it up perfectly.
CBN has engineered an amazing rebuild of our football program. But our game day performance has to improve.
I think it will. CBN will either have learned enough to manage the games better or he will make the changes necessary to get the job done.

There's positive buzz about Callaway being able to add to the play calling. He doesn't need to bring a new system. The offense just needs a little diverseness.

I’m not referring to organizational skills, but rather the sneaky mind games stuff. but to that point, I don’t see a highly organized process guy in BN. There won’t be the Napier system and most likely won’t be a Napier coaching tree. He’s a great guy that players love. He has some plays he likes to run and if he has great talent he can be successful.
If he were truly organized and process / outcomes based, he wouldn’t be the offensive coordinator.

Interesting that diverseness and diversity, both nouns based on the same word, actually have totally different meanings

Forget Mullen. That's not a fair comparison nor standard because Mullen was a self absorbed prick, at the end. Worse, his cheap staff practically forfeited the UCF game at the expense of THEIR players. That was pitiful. But I would like you to say more about your reasons, with examples, of why you believe team structure and organizational management has been exceptional. It has not. Change my mind. :)

Is an example of why English can be such a difficult language for others to learn.

That said, I really like that Callaway may have the green light to bring some new things into our offense. One, we may score more points, which is fun and wins games, so I heard. Two, Napier gets to, we believe, focus on things that maintain the discipline and demeanor of the program, and recruit more effectively.

Mullen wasn't my comp. I responded to a Mullen comp

The team structure, organization, support, player development and recruiting has never been so detailed; it’s ubiquitous. This is CBN’s vision.

All we need is a great qb and some better playcalls in crucial moments and we could be in for an enjoyable year.

We're on the same page. Just don't want the 3rd string QB getting meaningful PT.

No team does well in that scenario, such are the breaks.

No UF coach before Napier had such a support staff, to include assistants and analysts, that's obviously true. So? I would submit that a HC that adds such a significant number of support staff, analysts, assistants to assistants, but still lacks command in-game is just copying a model of other programs like Bama or Ohio State. If what you say about Napier is true we will have a great season regardless of SOS. I'm saying maybe, hopefully. I could highlight a couple of glaring misjudgements but I will not because I don't want to hurt feelings.

CBN's support staff structure has always been his model. He actually had more support staff at Louisiana than he does at UF.

If you want to bellyache and power whine about some CBN misjudgements go ahead. I don't think anyone cares about another butt hurt rant muchless get hurt feelings over it.

Get in the redzone with Mertz or AR and what do you call? Get there with Brady and its a no brainer and all playcallers are geniuses. Lets hope DJ is much closer to Brady than the other two.

    Yeppers...

For the team in a nutshell. To me it comes down to Lagway, the monster OL, the improved overall talent (a lot here to look at), the growth of the coaching staff and the team performance the last four games of last season. Looing at those five componets, I see a much improved team next year.

I'm glad you post but you're also full of yourself. You do not speak for the board but it's clear you somehow, for whatever egotistical reason imagine you do.
