Regarding fair trials for J6ers in DC, the prosecutors got a 100% conviction rate. How does that happen? There was a large backlog of cases so trials suffered long delays. There were nearby venues where trials could have been held in a more speedy fashion but DC judges kept trials in DC despite the backlogs because they wanted all the Trump supporters sent to prison.

Not how things work in the US. They committed the crimes in DC. As such, the proper jurisdiction is DC courts. Now, if they wanted to have trials in other jurisdictions, they could have committed crimes in those jurisdictions.

You're pretty confused. Speedy trial requests were denied for J6ers. Defendants were denied the ability to look at video evidence (and other evidence) and use it for their defense.

In a jurisdiction that voted 93% against Trump there was no way a Trump supporter was getting a fair trial. When the juries are unfair you have to have a change of venue because defendants are entitled to a jury of their peers, not a hanging jury.

Crystal clear the defendants were denied due process. Therefore they deserved pardons.

As for Detshowitz, nothing illegal about playing nude volleyball. It's refreshing to see a Democrat who stands up for the US Constitution, the rights of defendants and the rule of law.
