    They aren't exactly dominating Arizona.

And tonight proved why he might have been the pivotal piece to a championship run.
When Chin gets that 4th foul, it was the perfect opportunity for Bama to crash the glass
Problem was, Handlogten put a wrench in those plans. Having a starter-level center that you can just plug-and-play should not be understated. It plugged the tiny death star level hole this team had: if you could get Chin into trouble, you could create an opening on the boards. That opening is now closed and this game proved why that might be pivotal down the stretch, especially if we run into an 06 Georgetown or 2000 Butler situation

The committee does not care who the hottest teams are. They only care about the resume on paper and right now Auburn’s is still the best despite recent struggles. The entire season matters.

Actually, if Tennessee gets the #1 seed over us, that would not be bad at all. The "disrespect" card could be played throughout the tourney.

I didn't feel good about the game, either. I feel plenty good now.

It isn’t. They added Torvik this year, for instance. But they eliminated the recent record stat years ago because they found there was little correlation with tournament success.

I think that we are playing with house money tomorrow as far as NCAA seedings.

But getting the Conference Tournament Championship is a big deal. For a long time Georgia Tech had more than we did (!-0).

Gators remember what it felt like to lose it last year. Tennessee’s going up against some determined players! I have a good feeling about this team not losing another game!

Got home from being out of town and just finished watching the recording of the game. What a beat down! How is it possible for the Gators to have played that well with one of their feet up Alabama's ass the entire second half? Just WOW.

I watched the first half against Arizona today and I did not see anything about their D that would match up with Tennessee or a few other SEC teams.

Almost sounds like you just started following this team. Yes, they are pretty OK playing basketball this year. Plenty enough room on the bandwago, hop on! Go Gators!

I wasn’t impressed for Houston save for the 11-2 run at the end of the game that saved their arse from Arizona (a fine team but neither have been battle tested by the SEC’s caliber this year. I don’t have to tell anyone here what we’ve accomplished by winning the way we did against one great after another. It puts we at a unique advantage and the boys looked happy and hungry earlier. Wish I wasn’t on the West Coast.

To me, Duke may be the team to beat, especially if Cooper Flagg is 100%. I know people will say the ACC is down this year and Duke is overrrated. But I've watched them several times. They have the size and depth to match up with Florida, they average over 10 3's per game and they play tenacious defense. While I'm all in on the Gators, I say Watch out for Duke.
