You have some issues going on. You really might think about some therapy or something short term, just in case.
This test was more or less an entrance exam. No one becomes a certified ATC purely by passing this test. You then have to enroll in an academy process that is grueling and weeds out many. The short version of what happens AFTER this Biographical Assessment Test (that was last in use eight years ago and was only in use for roughly three years and some change): Complete training at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City (2 to 5 months depending on experience) Complete on-the-job training that lasts more than 12 months Pass a physical exam each year Pass a job performance exam twice a year These are jobs that aren't just handed out based on an entrance exam and a result of that is a constant shortage* (To that end, there was a Daily Mail article about a lawsuit filed by white applicants who felt they were denied entrance during this period of Biographical Assessment testing. In the article one of the guys suing said he applied again once the BA test requirement was lifted but that the process took too long and so he gave up on trying to become ATC. HE GAVE UP BECAUSE IT TOOK TOO LONG TO GET CERTIFIED, because he resented jobs being given to minorities while he had to earn his (never mind that those minorities candidates all have to uproot and move to Oklahoma City for this training, NO ONE skirts around that). Anyway... it's incredible that a decade old "voice memo" exists as evidence of this and is breaking on Twitter through some rogue MAGA account and yet the actual email mentioned in the voice memo is nowhere to be found?
Or you might want to look around and realize this isn't a joke anymore. This isn't going to end the way these things have in any of our lifetimes. Maybe this all goes great. I just don't see it. If Trump and MAGA are seen as plunging us into a depression and/or suffering some catastrophe geopolitically, watch out! People have no Fs to give and you guys can't blame woke forever.

Well, if you had students who you had proof that cheated on a test, what would you do? If the allegation made is true, this guy in the video emailed answers to people who were going to take a test. Just give them another test, no penalties, and remove the cloud of suspicion that could hang over them going forward.
What was the proof they cheated on the test? What I read above suggested a circulated email. Was there other "proof?"
