    "Radical Leftists"

Oh, you mean your (former) customer base?

You literally can't make this shit up. Reminds me of a certain American Beer brand that hoisted a middle finger to its core customer base. Hmm. MAGA tongue-kissing hypocrisy again. What a surprise.

So, to sum all of that up, it is clearly not illegal but you are trying to sane wash it a bit.

This kind of boycott (at least to the extent we are talking only about individual consumers) is not, but be careful about making general statements about the legality of boycotts collectively because some boycotts unquestionably are illegal.

I'm curious. How so? On first glance that would seem like a classic 1st Amendment issue. I'm guessing if there is some kind of coercion of otherwise willing customers?

Again, the lack of self awareness here is astounding. Just open, wanton hypocrisy.

Sure, if you’re competition such that it would be antitrust violation or violation of anti-boycott act like boycotting Israel. None of that is being discussed here though.

High-level summary is in my post #39, but the easiest answer is that not all boycotts are motivated by constitutionally protected conduct, and they can involve commercial market participants rather than individual consumers.

FTC’s website has a summary of some of the boycotts it has successfully proven violate antitrust law: Group Boycotts.

The interesting issue de jour in this regard is boycotts by commercial market participants that are supposedly at least partially politically motivated, but also have real competitive effects, and to what extent those implicate potential antitrust liability.

In defense of the far far right, their ignorance is understandable. None of their news sources (FOX, OAN, etc.) reported this indisputable fact.

Ha, he was as amazed at GB 1.0 discovering supermarket scanners.

Wow, it’s just a computer! What’s that? Oh, “accelerator.”

And Musk said it’s just like driving a golf cart, lol.

And he started choking hard when the idea of driving it came up. He said “You don’t want me to drive it, do you?”, Elon assured him it was easy, and then he made an awkward redirect when someone told him Biden drove an electric Jeep at the WH.

    Not weird at all.
