The time we have all been waiting for is finally here - the postseason. @ETGator thought it would be a good idea to start a thread dedicated to the SEC Tournament, and not just because we're the #2 seed and 4th ranked team in America and have a good chance of winning it all. After making an impressive run to the Finals last year, will this be the first year we win the tournament since that historic undefeated SEC run in 2014 Below is the Tournament Bracket. We're on the same side as Missouri, Kentucky and Georgia - three teams against whom we'd love to get some payback. First Round starts on Wednesday. Let the games begin
Any first round predictions? My guesses are Arkansas, Vandy, Miss St and Georgia...though I'd like to see Ark and UGA go down
I agree with the Round 1 picks. Since the SEC announced awards today . . . I just wanted to say it's a crime that Coach Golden didn't get Coach of the Year, IMO. It seems like the Auburn and Ucheat ADs got together and decided the awards.
gatordavisl does game-by-game usually during the season and he might. Nobody has said anything to me about it. Edit: He usually does a bracket challenge for the NCAA Tournament so it might be too much. If anyone else wants to do one for the SEC Tournament, please send me a PM.

Gimme the same, but I'll take OK over GA. Not sure what to think about the Gators in this tourney. On one hand, wouldn't mind them getting bounced early since the tourney doesn't count AT ALL for ncaa seeding - see last year when the tourney finalists got stuck w a 7seed . On the other hand, it would be nice to get a win vs. MZ and wouldn't mind playing KY again.
I spent the last 3hrs dealing with a crying infant. Kid is GREAT, but calling for quite a bit of my attention. I'd love to participate in somebody else's bracket challenge, if they will do it on ESPN or Yahoo or whatever. Maybe I'll change my mind, but I find myself saying "no thanks" to more things than usual this year.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and predict that Baker Ben Gazzara gets touched lightly in the first 5 minutes of play and goes full-dead-possum, laying on the floor, stiff and cold, while the game heads down court in the other direction. Tommy Haugh will know what I'm talking about.
Pissed that Golden didn’t get Coach of the Year. Voters playing the same damn games like they did with Billy D. Both coaches deserved COY, and Donovan didn’t win it until the voters had no other choice but to award him. Anti UF bias??
If Auburn could lose early in the sec tourney and we win it we can get the south region, plus the head to head. I’m bias because I live the ATL though
This kid is bad news. Pearl has a team with some very entitled players. You don’t vet the thugs, this is what happens. He will play against us if we both get to the finals. Typical I didn’t see anything.
