No, they never should have tried to apprehend the guy. But they didn't intentionally murder the guy either.

 

No one ever referred to them as white hispanics. The media had to call George 'white' to have a story. A hispanic killing a black would have died out the first day.

 

Well that begs the question of why anything Arbery did or didnt do matters. And as far as intent goes, if you are going to act as a vigilante, killing someone is not an inconceivable outcome, because most people are going to defend themselves from "not cops." I think we can agree premeditation might not be their aim, but its still murder.

It's included in the video above. I believe there is lengthier video that shows the guy across the street walking into the driveway.

 

I'm sure at any given time people have referred to them as white and/or hispanic, accurately.
