The Democrats definitely should have stood and applauded, regardless if it was political theater. It just gave the Pubs another stick to beat them with. The hyperbolic reaction from the Right, however, ("deranged, hateful, sick.") Give me a break. The Dems fell right on into that political pitfall. Get it together, people. So many Congressmen and women clapping and bobbing up and down to celebrate a man who's made their institution an irrelevant, national joke. Maybe they're happy to relinquish the power of the Legislature to the Executive Office. Maybe they're just lazy, like the fired veterans.

Peoples true colors are showing through.. and it’s not good. Cancer survivors of all age deserve respect. It’s not a battle anyone aka for or deserves. It wrecks families, lives, friendships.. and for the young it is life altering and scary as hell. So to justify the despicable display of purposely refusing to honor that young man says a lot. I don’t care about your politics.. any of you… I find most politicians to be a gross example of humankind… but vote for who you want.. but some of you have become so entrenched so engrossed by n your tribe not just winning but being “right”, “just”, and the other side being “wrong” and “evil” that you’ve lost sight of what is real what is good and what we should be standing for. That goes for some posters in both sides.

This has zero to do with supporting Trump and 100% about how lost the democratic party is. They don't have the decency to respect 2 families what lost their child to 2 different sick(os) and a young man who was told he was going to die yet he is still here. I lost a child when she was 18 years old to an auto accident and I understand the all the emotions they are going through, but these families have it even worse because their child was taken from them by someone who shouldn't be in this country because of legal issues already. Oh I bet you forgot that Riley's killer was arrested in NY for "acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation" yet was set free and then went on to kill an innocent young lady who was just out for a run.
