Here we go. Maga now digging up obscure clips from 12+ years ago to justify why they can support Putin.

That’s easy. First Clinton had very little dealings with Putin during his presidency since Yeltzin was the Russian president at the time. If you listened to the clip you posted Clinton said he had a brutally blunt relationship with Putin, not a good one. Trump on the other hand is more of a lap dog that lays at Putin’s feet.

 

Because Clinton didn't throw his allies under the bus in the Balkans and let the Serbians roll over them during the civil war in the former Yugoslavia.

He bombed the shit out of Russia's ally Serbia and got them to stop their genocide and supported bringing their leaders to justice at the Hague.

 

You aren’t confused. It is something else.

Clinton said he had a good relationship with Putin.
Trump is getting lots of heat because he seems to be doing whatever Putin wants him to do.
Can you explain why you think it’s hypocrisy?

You can't tell the difference between a US president being diplomatically cordial to another leader, and Trump trying to dismantle NATO, cut back on cyber intelligence re: Russia, have closed door meetings with Putin, and pave the way for Russia to succeed in Ukraine? Really?

 

You'll never convince them. As I've said, Trump could cure cancer, they'd say he took too long or spent too much money doing it. A peace deal is going to be struck, that's a given. No matter what's contained within, it'll never be good enough for them and they'll find fault with it.
