^ Trumpies like Elon are allowed to lie. The cult doesn't care.

Elon should at least make it more interesting and attack the Capitol. It's a bigger laugh to see them lie about attacking cops.

“Elon Musk’s group claimed credit for canceling procurement agreements that had been completed years earlier, the latest in a string of public errors on its site.

While George W. Bush was president, the U.S. Coast Guard signed a contract to get administrative help. It paid $144,000, and the contract was completed by June 30, 2005.

    Twenty years passed.

Last week DOGE said it had just canceled the long-dead Coast Guard contract — and in doing so, saved U.S. taxpayers $53.7 million.”

You put a "p" on the end of your sentence; I think you meant to put a "t".

Think how much we’ll save when they cancel the Lewis and Clark Expedition.

Well, all of the fired federal employees will not be completely without financial opportunities; China and Russia are recruiting them as spies. Nice work, Trump!

no, actually, both findings were similar.

"More than a quarter of the contracts listed by DOGE were actually already paid, the Journal found, saving no money.”

That’s really a bogus premise written by the journalists to mislead. Many/Most/All of this waste would have been renewed for follow on or replaced by things equally or more wasteful. That’s the way government funding/budgeting works and why there is never reductions.

yeah that’s not the claim. Maybe read the articles….

Just maybe Musk’s 19 year old college drop out is posting bogus info.

“Two contracts also disappeared from the site Thursday because DOGE counted the same $665 million USAID contract three times, the Journal found.

Even as DOGE edited the numbers, the total savings listed on its site remained overstated, experts told the Journal. Agency contract amounts are often akin to credit card limits, said Deniece Peterson, senior director of federal market analysis at Deltek.

Trumpers have an adverse reaction to reality and the truth. They will never admit they were wrong about DOGE because that will be admitting the left were right all along, like we almost always are.

Believe the nonsense if you wish. You’re going to do so no matter what anyway. DOGE is on to some very big things here. If they weren’t, then the libbies here, 99.5% of the Democrats, plus all of their accomplices in media would still be wearing their panties and not wadding them up and throwing g them at people.
