That's a stunning stat. I guess you don't get a lot of assists when you're offensive game plan is to just drive to the basket and try to draw fouls all game.

He had a hell of a game. With Condon and Chin both in foul trouble by the 16 min mark of the first half. He stepped in and gave the defense some life, contested shots without fouling and his hands poking out those steals were a thing of beauty for a big man especially. A game like that makes me want to see him and Condon on the floor more together and chin being the relief to one of them. If you want to play really big, micah Condon and haugh together would be rough against anyone on defense and on the boards.

Into the mystic is one of my favs too. All his albums around that time are classics. I feel like Astral Weeks is under appreciated.

 

I enjoyed Ron Slay on the broadcast. A bit performative, but he'll likely tame it down over time and find his niche.

 

I don't think he's uneducated but I do agree he's hard to understand.

jimmy dikes is how it should be, announces should be unbiased and not gushing. His niche is back in the studio, not court side. Doing his Slay Tide stick as an announcer sucks.

 

Yes slay should stick with the studio with Patric young

 

if Condo is 20% at FTs, no 3 pt attempts, let someone else shoot and he be in position for the rebound

 

I love Van Morrison. Hard to put his music in a specific category, but he's put out some awesome stuff.

I agree. May not be everyone’s cup of tea but what I did like about him was he wasn’t bias one way or another. When the Gators were doing good, he hyped up the Gators, when the Aggies went on a run, he hyped them up. Better than the one way (even if towards the Gators). I can only hear that “Condon is from Perth, Australia and was a star Aussie rules football player” so many times. I absolutely love Condon, but bring something else to the table than that! I felt slay did a good job of not getting sucked into that
