I have had two rotator cuff surgeries (both from pitching) and a labrum tear surgery on my non-throwing shoulder (weight room). It might have been because I kinda knew what to expect with the rotator cuff rehab but the labrum rehab was tough.

 

I am liking this line up.

I had 3 surgeries on my left arm-had a displaced fracture of my humorous so 1st surgery was to put a rod and 2 screws so it would mend-second surgery was to remove the hardware, third was to help my range of motion-also a year of PT-took a while to get my arm back in shape-still not 100% with range of motion-recovery was tough-especially as you get older
