yes one day....we seem to have to wait until we're down double-digits to turn it on. The problem is we take too many 3s when we have an inside advantage and/or don't go for their throats. How a team like that can come out 29-10 against us is beyond unacceptable.
It’s weird Richard had been so quiet when we were playing well and then tonight he goes off. It’s just too bad he didn’t have more help this time.
Or we can see it as a way to correct mistakes and learn you can't take possessions off..play aggressive offense and defense for a full 40..from start to finish
because we knew we had to play like that to stand a chance. It's games like this where we don't come out with a killer instinct and get complacent
No way to really spin this. Horrible loss to a below average team. But that is life on the road in the SEC. Still think we are a 1 seed if we win out. Losing to Bama might drop us to a 2 seed (Auburn, Bama, Duke and Houston would get the 1 seeds), but if we can get a 2 seed and not have to go out west, that might be worth it.
It happens. Now get that win against AM. Even with the win, that proved how horrible White is with a lead. His offense just stalls in the second half. I'm so glad we're rid of that crap. Finish up 3-0 or 2-1 and we'll be good.
yes we can come back from down 26 to up 1 - but why the heck should we allow ourselves to get down 26 in the first place....to a bubble team
Yeah. I'll take a 1 or 2 in the South. I have hotels in Lexington and Raleigh right now. Easy drive to either for me. I still think we have a chance as a 1 if we win out. Give me top four in SEC tourney as well.
he did the same against SC. It's like he defers to everyone else then when our backs are against the wall and no one is playing well he says ok I'll take over
Can't half-ass it for a half even ona neutral court against a good tournament team. i suspect they won't, though. The regular season is long and a grind. Come Tourney Time, Todd will have them ready.
Really thought we had it before Martin bricked that FT. That’s when I knew that Cain was going to hit a 3 because when you lose a heartbreaker to a bad team, it’s a Blue Cain lookin weirdo that hits the game winner
I wouldn’t say “by far”. The Gators allowed Kentucky to shoot 58% on the way to 106 points this year. The team is still mortal.
