    Stetson (A-Sun Conf) is 4-3 so far in 2025. They traveled to Puerto Rico for a tournament and beat UConn, Penn State and Mizzou. They lost the last game to Michigan. They hosted a tournament at home this past weekend and beat UMBC (Univ of Maryland, Baltimore County), lost to Iowa and lost to Notre Dame.

    He did it at home about 10 years ago. I just remember him coming back to the dugout after the last one and air high fiving folks because they were all sitting around pretending nothing happened. Then they mobbed him. Fun stuff.

    Stetson is a good ball club and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Stetson struggled this weekend against better arms. Will be interesting to see how Barlow handles them.

    OK. I'm ready. Listening to baseball (don't do ESPN+) and watching basketball. Hope I don't get the two games confused...yeah, that happens to us old people. RIGHT OLD PEOPLE? RIGHT?

    If Shelton throws an ally up for Evans and Haugh hits a hr to drive in Chinyelu and Aberdeen you know it’s time to choose one or the other. If Coppola starts hitting his freethrows, it’s probably just time for bed. He’s not even playing tonight.

    Hunter S. Thompson became a total whack-job but was also insightful. His early Hell's Angel's book is very lucid and also very good. Pretty much the book that everyone ignores.

    Funny that The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test by Tom Wolfe also has a lot of stuff about the Angel's in the same timeframe.
