Ukraine (and the U.S. by extension) is like the Paul Newman character in Cool Hand Luke. After getting the ever living s*** pounded out of us, you’d think the best course of action would be to “Stay down, son.” But we just keep flailing away

I'm sorry you do not get to make incredibly unrealistic assertions than then say "Do not respond to them!"

Just out of curiosity, how many wars have you actually participated in? If it is the number I suspect, it would explain a lot. And FYI, that website I provided in run by Bob Kagan, so you may want to open up some time on your professional reading dance card to fit it in.

It's great that you have read all of those books however, none of them get into the specifics of the modern weapon systems, evolving technology, and logistical challenges you need to understand to have a realistic view of what is happening on the battlefield in Ukraine. Being able to recite The Peloponnesian War does not mean you understand the goals and limitations of an AFU counter-offensive in the Kherson region. Being able to fire limited volley of GLSDB's at the Kerch Bridge in an effort to isolate Crimea was never a realistic option as your previously asserted.

Also, if the AFU has "crushed" the RGF and their allies multiple times, why is the RGF still past the pre-2022 borders? This seems to be another unrealistic assertion you are making. A more accurate description would be that the AFU has been able to conduct a defense in depth in order to attrite the RGF and then conducted orderly retrogrades to new defensive positions along the FLOT/FLET.

Seriously man, crap sources dull your brain.

“A large portion of the money to support Ukraine’s war effort is spent in the U.S., Mark Cancian, an analyst with the Center for Strategic and International Studies think tank said in a 2023 analysis: It is going to domestic weapons manufacturers to produce weapons for Ukraine and to replace equipment that was already sent from American stockpiles.

"Funding of US agencies, most of the funding for US military forces, most of the military equipment backfill and Ukrainian equipment purchases, and a part of the humanitarian assistance stay in the United States," Cancian said in the 2023 article.

Also, not all of the money dedicated for Ukraine has been spent yet, and Zelenskyy in the circulated video appeared to be discussing the funding the country has received to date.”

No, Zelenskyy didn’t reveal Ukraine money laundering plot

Most of that is easily documented, but you won't find it in the MSM (the real crap source). Legacy media is questionable at best, and very few believe in it anymore, which is why ratings and readership have plummeted to embarrassing levels. Legacy Media is the PR department for the DC Blob. New conservative investigative media is now taking over. It's just a fact. CNN is dead. WaPo... dead. NYT and 60 Minutes are also dead. Dan Rather is done even though he is still there. No one is listening.

Once we pulled out of Afghanistan, DC needed a new way to launder large sums of money. Hey, let's push to bring Ukraine into NATO. It's all coming to light a little at a time, and soon, our new media will tell you about it.

Nice fiction. Not one American soldier has had a single scratch during the Ukraine War. Not even a hangnail or a stubbed toe. We have not even entered the boxing ring. Yet, in your ignorance and defeatism, you are advising America to "stay down, son". The U.S. has not yet begun to "flail", since we are not at war. Tell the Kremlin to get some better propaganda.

As far as Ukraine goes, they've given Russia more than they can handle. The are winning the battle of the bodies, with several times as many kills and casualties inflicted as the Russians. If anyone should "stay down, son" it should be Russia. Got it, Lee Harvey?

Trump doesn't like it when people call him weak. That's a trigger word for him. Instead of reminding him of his responsibilities to civilization and humanity, however, it will only spur him to attack France and Macron. He can't call Macron weak, since that will make it too obvious that he is turning this into an immature schoolyard squabble. He is going to have to get Musk to come up with a witty retort.

While I think this fact check is correct overall, they need to update it since a lot has happened since '23.

This article talks about the IG investigation into why EUCOM could not account for everything that went to Ukraine. Long story short, there was a need to get everything in fast, we are working with partners to do that, and Ukraine is in the middle of a war and doesn't have the bandwidth to go locate where items X, Y, and Z and account for them.

EUCOM skipped documentation of how Ukraine military aid was validated, IG says

If anyone is interesting in seeing the funding break down of where the money went, is going, or will go. Here is a good spot to see:

Musk just got into a fact checking spat with an astronaut, and called the astronaut “a retard” and “idiot”. So I’m not sure witty retorts are his forte. The schoolyard bully names is probably better left to Trump.

And no one will believe it since we've spent decades training people to hate/distrust the media, particularly if its closely associated with the ruling class
