I was wondering the same thing. Exactly what benefits are they being provided? I know some are being given plane rides and bus trips on the taxpayers dime but it’s the republicans doing that.

All I did was point out that immigrants like Afghani interpreters were granted status in the US and that is the type of immigrant your link attacks. Instead of debating that point you ran away like a child.

Is an Afghani interpreter a loophole immigrant? Or did they perform valuable services, risk their life, and were granted immigration status as mitigation against being killed by remaining in Afghanistan?

 

I was going to post the same. Interesting that the party that calls itself "prolife" and claims that it's concerned with innocent "unborn" children apparently wants to end WIC benefits undocumented pregnant women and very young children. Rationally it would also seems that treatment of undocumented persons who may have an infectious disease is a good idea since pathogens do not distinguish whether one is legal or undocumented.

Probably should be in a different thread, Trump fired a number of immigration judges increasing the waiting time for immigrants with pending asylum applications who can remain in the US legally until their asylum claims are adjudicated and interestingly a majority of asylum claims are actually denied.

 

My statement is 100% correct. Point out what I said that wasnt accurate. I actually typed out exactly what the link was complaining about. It was protesting legal immigrant benefits but pretending like legal immigrants werent legal. It claimed Afghani interpreters were loopholes.
