    Reminds me of Bonner. Great shooter who couldn’t get anything to go down early in his first season in limited minutes.

    D was the big concern for him early. Almost seemed like he was thinking too much instead of reacting. But the dude does not back down and will put his head in there against anyone, kinda like Wilbekin as a frosh.

    Yeah, watching him D it up right now, and then thinking back to his matador style early in the season... huge improvement. He may not yet be up there with Denzel and Alijah on defense, but he's in the ballpark at least.

    I remember seeing him during the after halftime warm-up out on the floor and taking a shot or two but with a boot on.
