Musk once the right cheering cultural war victories while he robs us all in broad daylight and makes he and the rest of his buddies untouchable.

Are they contracted to deliver anything for the $38M?

A person benefitting from government contracts shouldn't be in charge of cutting government contracts. Massive conflict of interest. "Department of Government Efficiency,"--could there be a more Orwellian name?

When can we expect Musk to call for the freezing of all NASA funding until a thorough audit is completed?

Curious if this for further launch systems, you know like the ones NASA has been paying for now for years because SpaceX can do it better and cheaper than anyone else.
NASA also gave Boeing contracts to build launch systems and it’s been a disaster. Failure after failures and costing multiples of what was predicted. (sadly as I own BA stock).

Remember when we had to pay Russia to get our astronauts and supplies to the ISS?

In summary SpaceX has been doing work for NASA for hears now, better and cheaper than NASA could do it.
Not sure why that would be a problem, unless people don’t want to have any space program at all.

Do we care about debt or don't we? Are space programs some sacred goat that can't also be cut?

I don't have a problem with doing business with Musk. Just give up his DOGE job, and no problem.

I know you understand the concept of conflict of interest and favoritism.

You're missing the point. How do we know there isn't government wasted NASA? I would expect an audit from Musk and his boys. How are they still able to hand out contracts?

Cybertrucks also qualify for an EV subsidy in 2025 for the first time.

Whatever it may be, Trump's handpicked IG's are certain to make sure it happens in its entirety.

    Believe me!!

Trump and Musk are so naked in their greedy collusion, they should be arrested for indecent exposure.

Apollo is not really a fair comparison as we did go to the moon with the Apollo program.

SpaceX is about to clean up Boeings failure. No one ever has said things will work perfect. This is more whining about nothing almost certainly. If the contract is waste. Show us and I will join you in being against it.

But spare me the stupidity of just making a thread about something because you lost an election. It shows how weak you are!

Based on the cost and description this sounds like a contract for one uncrewed launch.

I thought that to get the tax credit the EV had to be under a certain amount of money?

Also was there some new law passed that I missed or is this one on the books?

I decided to look this up actually, for the record this is due to the Inflation reduction act passed by Biden.
