Judges can,/'t take away Trump's executive power. Trump recalled USAID workers and told them to return within 30 days. How does a judge have a he power to give the foreign workers more than 30 days?

Trump wanted the Treasury Secretary to examine computers for waste, fraud and abuse. How does a judge get to prevent Trump from doing that? The judge doesn't have that power. SCOTUS will step in
