As I said last post...I am not sure what to make of it yet. In a vacuum, it could be something I disagree with. Guilty people should be punished, and they should not be let off the hook for no reason. I believe there is a reason Trump is letting these guys off of the hook. I just don't know that reason yet. I don't have all of the information involved in why Trump made the decision. It entirely depends on why Trump made the decision. If you've watched any kind of crime show people get immunity and deals quite often, but the deal is made because it is worth it for the DA's office. Without knowing much at all about what kinds of conversations have happened between these two men and Donald Trump it is difficult to rush to judgment. Sometimes we just don't have all of the information to form rock solid conclusions yet.

First he really doesn't consider corruption to be a criminal act and in the case of Eric Adams, he's a Democrat supporting Trump's deportation agenda and he flew down to Mar-a-Lago to kiss the ring of the Dear Leader. I tend to view it from the perspective of him making it legal to bribe foreign officials and his role as a licensing brand for white collar criminals, which is really the only successful business that he has run in the past few decades.

Not what the indictment or the superseding indictment (if it would have been filed) said. Keep in mind that Acting US Attorney as well as the Assistant US Attorneys responsible for prosecuting Adams had impeccable conservative credentials they weren't exactly partisan Democrats.
