    Imagine making so little effort to be informed that you actually believe this.


    There's almost no point to even debunking right-wing lies. So many of them seem to follow a days-old timeline of the lies, solely from right-wing lying sites. So they never even see the truth. Or the refutation of their lies.

    But if they even see the lies get debunked, they're just like "Har har har - you and all your dang..... FACTS!"

    Trump is the only president whose had advisors go to jail - nd he pardoned them as friends. Regardless you’re off topic. How do you feel about the Vice President laying out the argument to ignore the courts?

    The executive has the right to audit the departments under the executive branch which includes the Treasury, Education and etc. he appoints the heads of those departments. Separation of executive, legislative and judicial branches of government.

    He can’t decide which laws and budgets to execute. The Constitution is clear on his role to faithfully execute laws. Article 2 section 3.

    As the executive, he controls the Department of State, Treasury and etc. show me what law says he doesn’t control the departments under his power? His powers to enforce the laws are through the departments. How can he enforce the law, if he cannot control his departments. You are making crap up.

    He can’t defund the department of education nor USAid. They were established in congress. He is not faithfully executing the law by decimating the staff and cutting off funding.

    I can’t wait for the next Democrat president to come for your guns in defiance of the judicial department just because she wants to.

    You are confused. What contracts has he cancelled that are required under the law?

    Violating the second amendment is unconstitutional.

    Liberals need a constitutional education which apparently wasn’t part of your education.

    USAID is under the direct authority of the Secretary of State. He can do what he wishes with USAID

    Trump has not closed the Department of Education. That will be closed by Congress and the bill will be signed by Trump. Stop making crap up.

    Faithfully executing requires the faithfully executing part of the action. He’s toast in the lawsuits which is why he is saying through Vance he won’t listen to them. You haven’t addressed Vance’s statement about ignoring the Judiciary.

    All Vance does is beg the question of what the executive’s “legitimate” powers are - which Article III judges decide based on the Constitution.
