Rank us #1! Who deserves it more? Two dominant wins over #1 teams and we haven't cracked the top 3? Gator haters abound everywhere. These young men are elite. I was lucky enough to attend the comeback at SCar and I'll be even happier to harass Mike White at Georgia in a couple of weeks. The Gators will be a 1 seed in both tourneys.

I don't care or want to be #1 in the AP poll but I sure would like the Gators to get a #1 seed in the tournament. On second thought, I guess they are related and having a big target on our back may be a good thing - we need to keep getting tested. We've already proved quite a bit with our record so far.
There are a lot of tough games coming but shocked how thoroughly we beat Auburn today. No way they took this game for granted. Doing it without Martin whom I thought was just as important as Clayton is quite a statement. Golden is blazing his way as our second generational find in the coaching ranks.

It really is amazing what Golden has done in a short time. We went from getting accustomed to being a bubble team, to making the SEC tournament finals last year, to wanting/almost expecting a 1 seed.

He has put together a great team without pulling in a top tier player. The way he has put this team together is amazing, and it isn’t luck. He knows exactly what he is looking for and how each player fits into the puzzle. Really a fantastic job.

While injuries are never a good thing, I do believe the last couple weeks we have found some bench depth out of necessity. If Martin is out for a week or so maybe it also gives him a reset because he hasn't been the same the last month or so. Aberdeen has done a great job and Klavzar looks to be a real threat now from 3 going forward.

And when he comes back he can start with more moderate minutes.

Open question, who do you want on the other team's best guard: Alijah or Denzel?

Maybe Denzel on a smaller, quicker guard, Alijah on a taller, stronger guard. Both play tough defense.

Martin, he seems to defend better with his feet by not reaching and getting touch fouls. His body size allows him to use his chest to direct a dribbler the way he wants him to go. Aberdeen has more quickness but Martin plays with better control.

    Everyone at my house.

Well my wife and MIL didn't see the game live so the replay was the first time they saw the game. My wife heard it on the radio and my MIL (who is in her 90's) said "We had a game?" LOL.

Some nice quad 1 wins. Team getting better as the year progresses. Loss to TN in our worst game of the season and then bounce back with Vandy and Auburn wins

This may sound weird, but I think Auburn deserves it more. We do have the best win (over Auburn), but we also have more losses, the worst loss (really all three of our losses are worse than theirs), and fewer marque wins. Auburn has wins over Houston, Iowa State, Purdue, Missouri, Miss St, and Ole Miss, in addition to matching us with wins over UNC, Tenn, and Georgia.

Doesn’t sound weird at all there record against Quad 1 is second to none. They deserve to be 1 even after our loss.

Their non conference wins are impressive, no doubt and could easily justify #1, tho I would vote for Bama.

Looking at their sec schedule, it looks to be one of the easier ones. To date they have played one ranked team on the road and that was #25 ole Miss.
