    Coach Golden spoke with Lee going into the locker room. He said (paraphrasing but mostly exact):

    They (Florida) are playing well, executing well, doing the basic stuff . . . forcing the ball into weak hands, rebounding and most important in this (that) place, taking care of the ball.

    Auburn is going to come out really agressive in the second half and try to get this game back to even real quick. We have to keep driving, keep attacking, and keep the crowd out of it. Shooting 20% above our average from 3 point range doesn't hurt either.

    During recruiting, remember when ?former UF Coach White tried to pair Brohme with Colin Castleton three years ago. But the Tampa native decided to go to Auburn instead.

    Oh well, Florida did well with other players that we recruited: Handlogten, Condon, etc.

    Aberdeen the only Gator playing poorly, 2-8 and 3 turnovers - everyone else so far in bringing it. Let's keep it going in the 2nd half, do not let them get on a run

    Lol...took a nose dive since Mike White but hey the trade off is higher scoring offense I suppose. Lol...this is an example of pros and cons at its finest

    Hopefully, Bilas' eyes are wide open now on just how good this Florida team is and how great of a coach that Golden has been at Florida.

    Todd needs to use a timeout quickly once Auburn hits a run. If Auburn gets it down to 4, call a timeout. Regroup. Cannot end up down before we call a timeout.

    Aberdeen had a bad start going 0-3.
    He was able to hit some early baskets to keep Florida in the game. Others have taken up the slack.

    Led by Haugh's 10 points, Florida's bench has outscored Auburn's bench: 16 - 13.
