Also, the studies show that less than 5% of the kids given puberty blockers/ and or cross gender hormones later regret that decision. Which means 95% were happy with the decision...

I believe that anyone over the age of 12 should have the right to decline any medical procedure. And that includes infant circumcision, the practice of which should be a felony. Also, that anyone over 16 should have the right to affirmative bodily autonomy (i.e.; tie my tubes, do as vasectomy, change my gender, etc. -- dear doctor (MD) -- you are my service provider, do as I tell you!) as an adult.

 

Can not believe we are debating on whether mutilating children is a good idea or not. There are really disgusting folks living in the world.

 

Because politicians on the right needed a culture war to rile up their base and this was the subject they chose. And since the majority of them can’t think for themselves they just go with whatever their leaders tell them that they should be outraged about. Lol. It’s such a non-issue.
