Combination of money, training/coaching and education. It's simply not just money unless we're talking hundreds of thousands over three-four years, with training/development and education being somewhat equal.

Doug Dickey was the worst coach ever at UF. He had so many years to produce a credible team. Never came close. We’re talking about the bozo who wasted the great Nat Moore as a fullback. SMH
