The really funny part is that IF any savings were achieved from these backdoor, tear out the plumbing, wiring, and ductwork efforts, the average working class person wouldn't see a dime because the real intent is to extend the first Trump administrations tax cuts for the wealthy, which probably 99% of his supporters are not.
