"I want to remain with you. I must remain with you."

The difference is that most Democrats realize that while Hunter was the grifting son of the Joe Biden, MAGA apparently believes Don, Jr. is the rightful heir of their Dear Leader.
MAGA does, but MAGA doesn't have enough votes to get that clownshow over the line. To be honest, this all probably ends when Donald dies. I don't see anyone in MAGA other than Trump himself who can keep MAGA together. The backstabbing and hamstring slicing that will occur after that will be something to watch, but will ultimately destroy the movement. MAGA is a one-trick pony and you can't lean on the crutch of "woke" forever.

The statue park sounds like a big money suck, but I understand why he wants one. Being unlikely to join the Mt. Rushmore group, he has to settle for Earthbound enshrinement.
More on the task force thing: "Trump said the group will be charged with attempting “to immediately halt all forms of anti-Christian targeting and discrimination within the federal government.” Note that he specifies "anti-Christian discrimination," not anti-religious discrimination, which is already a thing. Can anyone point to a specific anti-Christian bias in the federal government?
