Because collusion isn't a crime. You need to prove conspiracy. They did not prove that Trump himself was part of such a conspiracy. Multiple members of his campaign were successfully prosecuted (including the Campaign Manager and his Assistant) before the ones that didn't talk were given pardons.

They utilized it to strengthen their applications to the FISA court to surveil Carter Page, who was not prosecuted.

But now instead of admitting his claim was wrong, moved the goalposts to "So why wasn't Trump prosecuted" as if the SC doesn't cover for him. Just stop the deflecting. It was proven in court that it happened.

The only people deflecting are you guys. Trump's campaign was not found guilty of collusion and there never should have been an investigation in the first place. More truths will be coming out soon.

 

It isn't a "theory." Those are each factual statements. Collusion is not a crime under federal statutes. Federal prosecutors did not prove that Trump himself was party to a conspiracy, which is why he was not prosecuted but his senior staff was. He granted pardons to the staff that didn't talk with prosecutors (or who did but lied to them according to the judge). And all of this happened while he was President.

Again, this seems to be trying to shape reality to match your emotional needs rather than observing what actually happened.
