This is patently false. The Models 3, Y, X and the Semi all qualified in 2024. Why are you intentionally spreading falsehoods?

The original way those credits worked was they’d be phased out once a make reaches a certain # of models sold. So over the years I think some models dropped off or there was some confusion about what qualifies or not.

The credits were going away entirely at one point, but the Inflation Reduction Act put them back on. But the “new confusion” is that now it can only be applied to cars with a certain % of U.S. components. I’ve read that some of the same model of Tesla’s are eligible and some aren’t, just based on where it’s battery came from.
