Again, just stupid. Why our border? Put them on the Guatemalan border and keep them from coming into Mexico. THAT'S the policy that should be pursued here. Mexico guards their border (and their people are starting to get sick of the flow too) which stops the flow before it hits our border. DUH!!!

So, while our resident MAGA moron cheers this on, once again we get a typically stupid and short sighted MAGA policy that is purely symbolic and accomplishes nothing of substance. These people never cease to astonish me with their ability to find the LCD of stupid.

 

Stupid is having the gall to say anything at all after 4 years of watching the dems totally destroy US borders to including flying illegals in at taxpayer expense. The less you say the better as what you do say is just plain dumb.

 

Come on man, what? So, genius (ET Gator1), you think it's smarter to patrol a 2000mile border than a 500mile border? Are you honestly saying to us all that you're really this dumb? Please, genius, explain to us all how it makes more sense to send Mexican troops to the 2000 mile US border than to their own 500 mile border, which would stop 95% of the flow to our border?

What you said makes no sense. Remain in Mexico will be in the negotiation over the next 30 days. There actually may be a few of the illegals the UF chooses to bring in. That can't happen if Mexico stops the flow at their southern border which they have tried and failed to do in the past. When it becomes push and shove, the illegals sweep the Mexicans away as Mexico won't use force at their southern border to stop the northern flow that results as illegals commit violence to move forward.

 

Honestly, the smart strategic play here (at least in the short-term), is probably to let them have their delusions.

"Oh yes, your big government daddy totally showed those mean, ole Mexicans. They are going to send 10k troops to the border. Joe Biden could certainly have never gotten that deal. Certainly not 3 times. Nope only big government daddy Trump could get that deal. And in doing so, he rescued the stock market, that was only going down because of him. But it is kind of fun to introduce them to basic facts.

 

It actually makes perfect sense. You're just dumb. Either that or you're being purposely obtuse if you can't understand the concept that a 500mi border is easier to patrol than a 2000mi border. THIS is symbolic. Trump's election stopped more border crossings than those 10,000 (unmotivated) Mexican troops ever will. A comprehensive immigration/border plan with Mexico could stop the shit altogether and do so far more cheaply and effectively than trying to do it all at our 2000mi border.

It's really not that hard to figure out. . . . If you can be bothered to try.
