I know what he/she is trying to do. This poster is notorious for contrarian posts. It’s not worth attempting to discuss real issues.
It sucks when you get caught red handed, I get it. Here is the funny part: I actually appreciate the admission. It is important. The problem is that then you deny your actual words to try to make sure that you don't have to take it any further than an admission.
What you’re actually trying to discuss isn’t really racism. You’re touching on human nature that we all stereotype to some degree or another. It ain’t going away and it’s normal across all cultures and across time. All you’re doing is encouraging some cultures to vote for one party. And you’re creating a bigger space for libbie lawyers who enjoy attacking whitey.
You’ll never admit that your stance is actually terrible for certain people. You are the divider. Own it libbie.
Certain races actually do very well in America. Let’s take a glance at Nigerians who came here. Why are they so successful? Hint, color of skin doesn’t hold them back…answer this one @mdgator05 .
Poster writes :"I admitted that I do discriminate based on many factors, including race. Everyone does this to some degree so stop trying to play racist god here." And then calls another poster a racist libbie and divider..... that's top level spin right there. Typical Con... double down on being proven wrong by using the ad hominem attack.
That is just a reframing of racism to make it sound better (its natural). And the degree matters. Interesting that we went from race to "cultures." It seems very euphemistic. BTW, the argument that it isn't going away is actually something that suggests a counterbalancing effect not something that suggests not having one.
No clue what you are trying to link or reference (it isn't working), so tough to respond. But, as others have pointed out "Nigerian" is a national origin, not a race. But, speaking generally, immigrants often have high rates of success due to the self-selection of immigrating being related to a lot of positive features from an economic perspective.
That’s the point. No need to help certain people because of their race. I’ve pointed out how some do very well. Others don’t but it’s not for the reasons you think.
Bad faith as usual. Hard to be open and honest with prevaricating libbies. You’re just twisting words to win. Newsflash. You lose.
The funny part is that you are trying to simplify things into "doing well" vs., I presume, "not doing well." But you don't actually have the lack of racism control here. In fact, it is likely that even people who are "doing well" (whatever that means) still regularly experience issues related to racism holding them back from "doing better."
Nobody has twisted your words. In fact, people have directly quoted you. You just don't like the implications of your words causing you to emotionally lash out with ad hominem responses.
You are asking me how I know a probability? Statistical analysis across many fields. I linked you one from a football coaching context, which is actually a pretty easy one given that success and failure is easily defined in that context.
Got it. So you can look at the NBA, see that there's not an appropriate representation of white players and conclude racism. Seems like sloppy analysis to me.
Only advice i would give Dems is to stay silent. Let it play out, the pubs will turn on each other in short order, its what they do. Dont give them a reason to unite. If they had followed that advice during Trumps first term he likely wouldnt have been president now.
They are experiencing life. Good luck libbie…trying to make people live in a bubble. You really ought to look inward and ask yourself what you’re trying to do.
