Sure. But I've never seen anyone else besides Trump voters say it was the reason an election was won or lost, or why they voted a certain way. We had numerous Trump voters on this board saying after the election that one of the reasons Trump won was because Democrats were so mean and condescending to MAGA voters. It's a comical double standard.
DEI, the Rooney Rule, etc. treat people by race. If you support those kinds of initiatives, you support treating people by race.
And the point is that people are already treated by race. You just would prefer that nobody bring it up as there is no positive emotional outcome for you if they do.
I actually appreciate the spirit of the post. One problem is that DEI and CRT are based on false perceptions of reality - not only what those things mean, but the perception that they are at the forefront of Dem policy. The idea bout a candidate who speaks intelligently is jokeworthy, but again I don't mind the idea behind the post.
She had a website. Policies, platform, all spelled out. Pretty sure she dropped some clues during her public appearances, as well.

If people did not want to vote for Trump or Haley or DeSantis, they didn't have to. No-one twisted voters' arms. It's odd to me that Trump supporters want to tell Democrats what they should do. If one voted for Trump, one takes ownership of both good and bad results his admin brings. If one doesn't like what he does, don't assume, expect or hope for Dems to bail the country out. Consequences to actions. FAFO.
I criticize people for denying that people are treated differently by race already because it isn't emotionally useful to admit it and because they want people to continue to be treated based on race (without the side effect of talking about it).
Until this country fully recognizes and admits it was founded on racial inequality, perpetuated it for 400 years, and there is alive today residual racial animosity, we cannot move forward as a fair and just society. Everything else is just a pissing match.

We're talking about very different things. Think welfare queens. I remember when welfare queens were the boogey man of government waste blamed on dems by conservatives. And old people bought that shit hook line and sinker. For Years. Trump is a different thing altogether. His message was a change message, kind of like Obama. Just IMO.
