When will people have to rise up to stop this? Taking over the press to report what they want to be told.

It's time for a coalition to start organizing a nationwide general strike to get congress attention
OAN and Breitbart to replace NBC News and NPR

unclear if sec def had anything to do with this or if it is the new shadow gubmnt dictating these decisions

Pentagon Boots NBC, NPR, NYT, and Politico from Offices – To Be Replaced by Breitbart and One America News

The Department of Defense ordered a handful of news media outlets to vacate their offices inside the Pentagon so that they may be replaced by some conservative press organizations.

In a memo issued on Friday, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense John Ullyot said the Pentagon wanted to “broaden access to the limited space of the Correspondents Corridor to outlets that have not previously enjoyed the privilege and journalistic value of working from physical office space in the Pentagon.”

The department’s “new Annual Media Rotation Program” will begin on Feb. 14, and will require The New York Times, NBC News, National Public Radio, and Politico to vacate “their physical office space effective” on that date.

In their stead, The New York Post, One America News Network, Breitbart News, and HuffPost will move into the vacated office space. The memo makes clear that the outlets getting the boot “will remain as full members of the Pentagon Press Corps.

It's unfortunate they feel the need to replace pro-democrat media with pro-republican media but there will still be plenty of coverage from both sides.

Brietbart with an office in the Pentagon. The administration is just unserious. They are looking to run a reality show in the US government and not the Federal Government.

Wait, they let Huffpost in the Pentagon? Huffpost is to the left what Breitbart is to the right. Somebody must've made a mistake...

Agree. Feels like a bs cover. PBS getting the boot is nonsense. They are the most objective. Journalism and fact based reporting is dead. We can’t even agree on the facts. It’s just shades of lies.

Breitbart has a serious credibility problem. I have cited this example before. Several years ago Breitbart posted a story with the headline "Illegal Alien arrested for starting wildfire". The only problem with the story was that the man who was arrested wasn't an illegal alien, he was a homeless US citizen and he wasn't arrested for starting the wildfire that resulted in fatalities but for starting a small fire in a county park to keep warm and was later released on his own recognizance. While Huffpost may be biased I don't recall the publication ever posting a piece of fiction of that nature and representing it as a news story.

You are conflating bias with censorship.

Ten times the number of journalists say they are Democrats vs Republicans (36% to 3.4%) - most claim to be Independents.

Why does the Left hate diversity (of opinion?) These Right leaning media minorities deserve a voice. DEI for perspective. Or, do your own arguments fall flat?

They are just losing their office space and moving other certified Pentagon press members into the limited number of offices. They are not losing their press privileges at the Pentagon.

Yeah. And never mind that many of the "press members" they're moving in are certified liars, who have had to pay huge settlements for knowingly publishing outright defamatory lies.

That's (not really) a cute retort, but Huffington Post never had to settle a case for publishing outright lies.

Now as for the sites that publish the news lies blatantly supporting the political side criminals that you support ......
